FYI found out that ORES, the metering company / operator in south Belgium (Wallonia) implemented the DSMR protocol version V5.0.2.15 in March 2021 and now sends the instantaneous active power delivered and injected on each phase (21.7.0 / 41.7.0 / 61.7.0 / 22.7.0 / 42.7.0 / 62.7.0). Therefore the parameter '3 fase') can be set and the values are displayed correctly! see capture attached
